Embed report function in Looker Studio

Use the embedding function to showcase your best Looker Studio dashboard on your website or blog, and it will be working as a regular dashboard and can access most of the view mode functions.

Embed report in Looker Studio (Formerly known as Data Studio)

Follow these steps to create an Embed link in Looker Studio.

  1. In the upper right, click the arrow within Share > Embed Report

  2. A dialog box will appear, select Enable embedding

  3. Click COPY TO CLIPBOARD to copy the code

  4. Use the "Embed Code" option for a custom-size report

  5. "Embed URL" option will adapt the height and weight automatically

đź’ˇ A standard shareable link won't work as an embed link and you must use the link generated by this dialog. If you sharing on the web, make sure you have selected one of these two options in the link-sharing setting.
  • Public on the web
  • Anyone with the link can view

  1. In the upper right, click the arrow within Share > Embed Report

  2. A dialog box will appear, unselect Enable embedding
